The "STEM In Me" Program is an after school club offered through Portsmouth Parks & Recreation that meets during the week at local elementary & secondary public schools to expose the youth to the world to technology. The program introduces grades K - 8th students to basic technology surrounding them and ways to explore how it works.
Quad22 XCCEL offers camps during the summer & spring breaks aimed at introducing coding to youth. The camps offer lessons in a block-based programming environment that makes it easy to create animations, build interactive narratives, program simple games in 3D or learn to integrate code into Robotics to aid in their general operation .
